Company history

Spanky's Grill was opened February 2007. Owners Heather & Chad and Sheri along with many freinds and family worked on the building (formerly a pawn shop) for several months before opening.

You may recognize some of our interior, it was bought from Lightnings, a local favorite in East Knoxville for over 80 years. Lightnings owners Tom and Kathy Raley are frequent customers and Live Entertainment at Spanky's. Tom plays the Blues and Bluegrass along with his long time friends the Francis Family.
